    Looking for some advice.
Discovered that a body mount bracket on my frame broke loose leaving a hole in the frame. It doesn't seem to be rusted out, or at least I hope it isn't!! I'm hoping this could welded, Anyone else ever had a similar situation like this? IMG_6950.JPG IMG_6948.JPG IMG_6946.JPG IMG_6947.JPG

Clean it up with a grinder and beat it back into position, weld it back together. Done.

Yeah, agree weld it back on, just bolt it on first (where it bolts) so to get the surface angle correct, then it won't be under tension, causing it to break off again.

yeah, those were just spot welded at the factory,...just weld it back on but be careful, those frames are thin...

I would;d cut a patch that is about 1/2" larger the the whole on each side and place it over the whole and mark and cut out the old area and weld in the new metal. Then weld the bracket to the new metal.
