flipping 54 chev spindles?

    can you flip 54 chev spindles to lower the car?

    i know you can do it with 49-51 ford shoebox's but i dont know about chevy's, interesting question. but i dont think so.

    if i remember correctly the spindle bearing race is almost centered between the kingpin mounting bosses. so you wouldnt gain anything. and the camber is going to be way off. my 2 cents

    Ive heard about this for the fords, but what about the Merc front ends?
