floating axle brackets on rear end

this is my first thread and a newbie, i have a question about using these brackets.
can the floating axle brackets be used on an axle under leaf spring setup with ladder bars or do they need to be an over the spring setup.
im in the process of building a 1953 chevy gasser and was given a new tci setup for the rear with new leaf springs and brackets. they have already been installed and would rather keep the new product vers the old. any help would be apprecited thanks.

 

The housing floaters will work spring under or over.
