A guy in Hamburg had 75 cars that got flood damaged.

  5. It's slooooooooooooooly getting better. The vice pres was here to look over the flood damage [for the 2nd time] last week. This is a photo Joe Cool just sent me of his house and shop. He didn't say when it was taken but the TV news says Pacific Junction is still under water.
Joe and his wife are living with his daughter, last time I talked to him.

This makes at least a month of being flooded. The record amounts of snow way up north have yet to melt. Thus increasing the amount of water released from Gavin`s point Dam. Check for roads closed when traveling in the area. Due to being under water(still) and flood destroyed roads and bridges.

The roads are starting to be exposed, some were covered up with water again due to larger amounts of water being released from Gavin`s Point Dam up river. One area was the Sapp Brothers Truckstop`s parking lot along Hwy 2 east of Nebraska City which was over taken after the water had reseeded. It is located at least 2 miles west of the Missouri River.

I had my 40 Ford at a shop since Labor Day weekend near Valley, NE that got flooded. I moved from Omaha to Denver in September. his shop & house were on high ground but high water kept him out for 2 weeks. I flew in from Denver & had been trying to get car for a week, finally got it on Monday & very little had been done even though he led me to believe most of the work had been done. my heart sank when I saw the rusty sedan in weeds, I was afraid it was mine. despite undone work, I drove it back to Denver Monday, 530 miles P4120002.JPG P4120006.JPG P4140010.JPG P4140007.JPG P4140008.JPG P4150011.JPG
