Floor mounted Hand brake boot/ring?

I need emergency floor mounted hand brake boot and bezel for a Pinto mounted brake lever. Don't like the plastic box they came in. Lokar's hand brake boot ring is 2 3/4" x 6 1/2" , Lokar's the right width but about an inch to short in length. I need 2 3/4" x 7 1/2". Hurst doesn't offer it. Any ideas. I could make the bezel/ring but not good at sewing.

 

On my model A I used the boot from the transfer case lever of a early 70s Dodge 4x4 pickup. It's a oval ring about 2.5"x7" with a vinyl boot.
