Flop does a great job on some patch panels for my suburban

    My 52 GMC suburban is relatively solid. I pulled the glass out and of course the bottom of the window is pretty rotted. So I got a hold of Flop to make some patch panels. He did a great job! Check out the photos. I will be welding them in ASAP. Lucky to have a guy that does this great of work in Pittsburgh.

    I don't know if it is real common. Once the weather stripping dries up the water must pour in there so I would think others have seen this. I know that the window trim (inside and outside garnish molding) is a rare as a hens tooth because they rot pretty bad.

    you better sell that pattern to EMS and get a residual on all they sell.

    I used the Bridgeport at work and added the drain holes and slot for the window bracket.
