Hey, all. I'm justa shy kid 26 goin on 15. I've been following the site for years over my friends shoulder, simply amazed at the amount of knowlege trading space here. Well, enough is enough and its time to make my own spot (and that friend moved to pheonix). My first project is almost done, but never will be, as I almost have enough saved to buy a whole new project. I put together a lil 63 chevy II with a 250 outta my friends 67 chevy. Its got 2 *modern day* 2bbl progressive carbs on an offenhauser intake and a little bit rowdier cam. I still gotta split the exauhst some day. Finally got some paint on it a few months ago, a nice bright blue metalic with a pearly white roof. I painted the chromies and trim to match the grey that it used to be, but i kinda like it for now. Its most certainly not fast by Nova standards, but its a real fun and noisey cruizer and can go a ways before i need a fillup. Hope it is somewhat in line with what you guys promote, as I had "mild 60's custom" goin through my head the whole time I was puttin it together (3 years and counting). Anyway, carry on. T.
