FNG here- 430 MEL engine ?s

I own a speed shop in NC, born 20 years too late-stuck in the 50s and 60s, but born in the 70s. Guess my taste in cars, bikes, and lifestyle reflects that too. Im here looking for some info on the redheaded stepchild of engines- 430-inch MEL that im rebuilding for a friends 61 lincoln. Does anyone know where I can get a cam for that tank? Stock rebuild, so looking for a stock or near-stock stick.
