Hey Just a quick little intro. I'm an FNG in Roanoke, VA. I've got a '39 Ford Deluxe Coupe that is mostly original and some other stuff ya'll wouldn't be interested in. Had to take a break for a little bit to do the whole "start a family" thing but now the rugrats are starting to be old enough to come out to the garage with me while I beat on things with a BFH. I've got to get working on a couple of those other projects ('68 and 71' Jeepsters) and then I hope to start my first real hot rod. I've been around old cars all my life, when I was a kid I used to sleep in the package tray of that '39 in my avatar on long road trips. I can't tell you how many cars we had through the driveway when I was growing up. I never thought it was unusual, but apparently the average suburban family doesn't normally have a '29 A, a '39 Coupe, a '46 PU and a couple of '64 Impalas just sitting around the yard. It took me a while to get that. I thought that was how everybody lived. Anyway, I'm 34 years old and work on computers for a paycheck. Like I said I just started a family and I finally have room to work on stuff of my own now. I've been reading the posts on here and going back through the archives. What an amazing bunch of guys (and a few girls I suppose). The tech articles here are great and I love the attitude towards trying to help one another. All of a sudden this isn't a quick little intro, so let me wrap this up. Thanks to Ryan for making this resource available and thanks to everyone that has contributed. It's going to take me weeks to finish going through all the old posts, but I think it's going to be worth it. FNG Robb
