FNG with a new toy

    my brother and myself found this and bought it

    1952 6403 chevy 2ton

    missing a carb have one coming (thanks dickster)

    most everything is there

    needs some cleaning and attention

    plans are to get it running and roadworth and use it for parades and to haul one of out smaller antique tractors around

    It's in very nice shape for an obvious work truck. I don't see any dents or obvious rust. Even the grill bars are straight, which is very rare for these trucks. You should be in good shape with this, as there are tons of of parts out there. So, what are you plans?

    plans are get it running for now

    drive it as is

    eventually redo it to "stock"

    i was gonna mess with you guys and say chrome and billet or rat rod but decided not to do that


    the cab corners are soft

    a little rust on the fenders

    that bed does have a hoist on it as well
    we will remove the sides and make it more in to a flatbed

    Very cool truck. Love the way the coil and what appears to be the fuel filter is mounted!
