For the MOD that deleted my post...=Chevy II's

Discussion in 'Questions & Suggestions' started by INVISIBLEKID, Dec 14, 2017.

  1. I got the notification that my post was deleted. OK. But- I guess the slicks, racing rubber up front, a nicely built street on Saturday night RACE CAR, make's it a "pro streeter"? That's how it was labeled in my notification. Maybe the colors threw you off..... No jacked up, hacked up, parts for me to go in the 9's on a deadly basis,on the motor, with a cast crank no less, and winning my class several times..... Maybe I'm not understanding, as there are race cars pictured in abundance, as well as daily drivers. I'm sure a lot have done dual duty....... If someone would like to reply- that's fine. If not, that's fine also. Just trying to contribute, and I see a lot worse posted on the thread. Thanks-Kid

that whole thread was a train wreck. I spent an entire hour going through it and cleaning up all the off topic posts. I bet I deleted a hundred pics of 66-67 novas. Yours was not the only tubbed car that got deleted. It is never a personal attack on the person posting as much as it is just trying to keep the board on topic. While I am sure your nova was a very nice and fast car, its modifications make it too modern for the forum. tubbed, tall cowl hood scoop, weld pro star wheels (or similar) do not exactly scream "I was modified in 1965" ....
