I'm about ready for some popcorn.....

 

To get the rocker adjusters that far down and not have valves hanging wide open you have to be using the wrong length push rods. Find some help locally to get it sorted out, you have so many issues going on you will chase your tail for a year and I think you've worn out your help here it sounds like.

Agree ..for the most part, but the relay is "upside down" but doesn't matter .It will work either way ..It's just a contacter.. Now , I need a drink...

 

Yup, I just checked my patience folder, and it's almost empty.
Maybe Forbes can help ,when he gets back from the Phoenix nostalgia drags. He's got wayyy more patience than some of us. LOL

 

I have to agree, he is getting advice from at least 2 very experienced small block FORD racers, and I would be happy to take a look if he is anywhere in the SW corner of the state.
