Hey guys- I haven't been on here for a while. I Finally found another 54 Ford project that I could afford to buy. I got the old 223 running and have now discovered that reverse doesn't work ( I have the 3 forward gears). Can anyone tell me if a later 3 speed from the 60's or 70's will work? Wasn't sure if bolt patterns might have changed? I scanned through the sticky but didn't see anything on 3 speeds mentioned. Thanks- Roger.
