ford 32 3w coupe builder in 1:3,5 scale

Hello to all! I building a big R/C toy with petrol engine and just wanted to know if there is a patent-copyright offense for selling a few bodies later? Thank you for your help!

Looks a LOT like the 1/3rd. scale bodies offered by "Pedals" back in the 1980's, But they had the full hood as part of the body, And the frame was one piece with it, the grill shell added (glassed in) later. They also offered a fender package, Duvall windshield, moon tank & a Roadster body.

 

If you don't use the "Ford" name, and if it's not 1:1 scale,.. I think your alright. .... But I'm not 100% sure
