Ford 330 to T5 Transmission

Has anyone here put together a Ford 330 motor to a T5 Transmission. I know there are adapters that can do it for upwards of $500. I am on a low budget as we all are, and am wondering if any other bellhousings with slight modification could do the trick. Any help is appreciated! Thanks for your time.

Take the bellhousing you have,set it on the floor and then put the t5 up on it . Then see what needs done to make it work.If you know a good machinist he can help you with rest of it. The center hole is important,the rest of the bolt holes just need relocated. Hope this helps... Rob
