    I think Neal has his work cut out for him to get the rest of the car to measure up to that little green flathead.

    Regarding the heads......I think I'm convinced that they are not anything from this planet. I'm pretty sure that I saw some like that in pictures smuggled out of area 51 that were salvaged from a crashed alien spacecraft back in the 50's.

    I always liked the sound of the flattie in my Dad's '51 Monarch in the 10 years he had it when I was a kid ....it was just a nice mellow rumble . Now , to the Ardun heads make any difference in what the flattie sounds like ?

    Not nearly as expensive of most pictured on this thread but should run nice at 276ci. Now all I need is a nice 28/29 cab to get this project moving!

    what an engine.there really isnt anything like a dressed up flathead,even in its stock configuration its a master piece.
