I am putting a SBC enigne in my 50 Ford. Yes I know a small block Ford would be better, but I already have the rebuilt Chev engineand trans from another project. Would like to use the existing gauges. I know that I have to reduce the voltage but was wondereing if anybody knows what senders will work for the Ford gauges that also fit the 350 Chev engine. Thanks for your help.

You'll have to find adapters to go between the senders and the engine.

Like Roughidle said, you need to use senders for a `50 Ford and use brass adapters to fit them to your Chevy engine. Pretty simple.
The oil psi sender is 1/8 NPT and is located just behind the distributor.
You can install the coolant temp sender in the intake coolant passage or in the head, between the spark plugs - should be a 1/2 NPT there.

    OR ------

Mount some vintage "mechanical" gauges under the dash.

The gauges do not care what engine it is, it only cares what the sender is saying. Most GM and ford senders are 1/8, 1/4 and 3/8 so it should be plug-and play
No voltage reduction required on a mechanical gauge either.
