    Hello there!!

Been slowly restoring my 1950 shoebox, and took apart headlight units/buckets. Mine has two springs inside, but 3 clips. So i thought one is missing, went to internet and found out that some has 1, some has 2, and 3 spring buckets are also available.
Why is it so? How it should be? Should i buy some springs to have 3 per unit, or its ok to leave them with two?

Look at the headlight buckets and just use common sense. You have one adjustment screw for up and down and another one for alignment sideways. See where a spring would work well and go there. If it isn't what was correct for 1950, what does it matter as long as it works.
