"i guess the same reason a 32 ford will always be the "ultimate" hot rod "
    huh?

  4. There used to me some lowrider Torinos and Lincolns in my old neighborhood when I was teenager in the '70s. There was a guy with a black '72 Lincoln Continental that sat super low that looked pretty cool. A '64 Ford Galaxy 500 looks pretty good as a lowrider too. If you wanted to fit in with the lowrider crowd though, a "Chebbie" was where it was at. Torinos and Galaxies were usually what "somebody's mom" drove, so it didn't seem that cool to be seen driving around in one of those back in the '70s.

  17. This is an old thread, Marco already knows about my car but it certainly is no where near cool enough for a mag shoot. So I post these to share with the HAMB, plus I like my car alot. It deserves to be driven more.:(

P.S. HappyHoppy every time you post those old 70's pics I take 'em and keep them in my computer library. Dig those old pics man. Very nice contribution.

I don't know, but if these guys aren't more careful with the off topic late model cars this time around, this thread will likely be shut down.

    '65 and older, guys:)

  22. posting a complaint about off topic posts are a waste themselves, let the mods do their job. ;)

  23. There's a certain point in time where the line between custom and lowrider become blurred.

That's right. The cars I was referring to we're the pinto, mustang, late 70's t-bird,etc. They are well past the blurred line.

  25. Mild custom or low rider, Im going with mild custom.
