Ford/Merc Hub interchange?

I swapped my stock drum set up on my 50 Merc to disc's.I still have the hub/drum ***y. which is ready to bolt onto........
Q being is, will these ***emblies fit on a ford car,or perhaps an F-1?
I don't want to ****can them,as they're all rebuilt and new,just wondering if the merc is specific,or can be used as a bolt on for other Ford cars/trucks.

You could check with the source of the Disc brake you bought. They could tell you if the Disc Brake would fit any other models. If it did, then the original hums..etc.. should interchange as well.
