not sure about a Bronco pan, but a front sump pan out of an early mustang will work.

Bronco pans are rear sump, early Mustang are front sump. 80's Mustang and T-bird are rear sump.

The picture is an early Bronco 302 on top and a 79 351M pan on bottom. The 80's 5.0 truck pan is very similar to the 351 pan. The later pan is more of a mid sump, but not much difference in actual clearance. Edit: Added pics of Fox body , 80's truck 5.0 rear sump pans and early 65-87 302 front sump pan.

Does your 55 need a front or rear sump? For front, most any 60's 70's passenger car pan should work. For rear sump the 80's Fox body (mustang, T-bird, LTD) pan would be easiest to find.
