Technical Ford script outside mirror

I’m curious how rare the mirror is on my Model A? How many others have seen them?

 

Sorry friend but I don’t think that mirror is old or rare.

It’s a Bob Drake “peep mirror” manufactured in the ‘80’s by the hundreds if not thousands.

I have a pair in the top of my toolbox.

 

It’s definitely older than the 80s. The pitting and mirror decay shows older than that. But I don’t know that’s why I’m asking

It's a Ford accessory mirror. Could have been sold by Drake in the 80's or a Ford dealer back in the day. Drake had to copy something.....
I have one on my coupe that my dad gave me, it was from his '34 Ford in the 50's.

 

Thank you. I’m not saying it couldn’t be a Drake repop but it certainly looks much older than 40 years old.
