Is anyone familiar with the Service Bulletin binders/inserts that Ford put out back in the day. I came into possession of this binder via my brother and I don’t really know much about them.

It's exactly what it said it is. A binder that the service department in a Ford dealership put a copy of the service bulletins in as they came in the mail.

Every manufacture had them. Sometimes they were on making an adjustment or change on the rig, sometimes they were about a running change during producton. The "after serial number_____ we changed this to that", thing.
