Ford Tranny, need parts source please!

I dont usually post, mostly cause I rarely have too much important to say, but I am hopingt you all can help put me on to a couple of parts sources.

I have a 1966 f350 crew cab with 240 and t98 granny ******. Shifter has gone bad and cant seem to find a source for a new one. Got any ideas for me?

What exacty do you need, think I can help.

 

I need the shifter arm, cup, spring and pins. I could probally go with a pivot and keep the arm, but I not sure if just the pivot is replaceable. I really dont want to pull it until I have found the parts incase it goes totally fubar when out. The shifter has a good inch and quarter play while in gear, and does not seem to engage the synchros going into 4th. It might not hit synchros in 2nd either, but it so low in first I have to use second to start. Will be putting in a higher rear soon to fix that one though.
