Fordor to Extended Cab Pickup Conversion

Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve a balanced look on these conversions? I have a Fordor I just picked up and am wanting to make a pick up.

I am going to slide the rear of the body into the froint doors, chop it four inches and channel it two inches just over the frame rails. Any suggestions?
