1952-59 Ford Fords from the past.

Is it me, or does that picture look reversed out(column on the right hand side)?

 

On patrol for those young punk hot rodders I bet!

 

I remember when the MSP had '57 Chevies too. Especially remember one day when they rolled up our long driveway in one. I was only six years old, they asked by dad some questions about somebody shooting off fireworks in the neighborhood (fireworks except sparklers were illegal in Michigan at that time). Dad said he didn't know, and hadn't heard any fireworks. They left. Oh and - we didn't have any neighbors at that time. . .

 

As small as that wheel is and being white and flat, I would say it was a kid's steering wheel.

 

I agree with Stig if you look close you will see the real wheel it is a dark colour.that patrol car is ready for a run in the mud or snow with those lugged tires on the rear

 

Not sure if it has been posted already, but someone sent me this pic when they saw my car. Looks like the Andy Griffith show used a 54 Customline 4 dr. Watched the show as a kid, but of course wasn't into cars then. lol

 

Here is the show it was in,Grandma Walton sold him a lemon.

This has always been my favorite, a 59 Ford******** a 57 Corvette.
Look at the big grin on the Ford!

Yeah , we could take credit. But it could just as well be in Africa or England, or even New Zealand (which isn't a state of Oz........ Yet!

 

Chevy lovers can't take being the 'butt' of jokes. Offspring of that union was probably the Pinto and Chevette!
That photo has been around and on other sites a lot. Odd that someone would censor it now.
But honestly, I much prefer looking at that photo of leggy Rita Moreno sitting on the Merc!
