    Folklore says they started out the movie pulling the trailer with a Mercury but ended up with a Lincoln because they needed more power pulling that LONG trailer over the p***es.

    Thank God our parents used the wind wings when they smoked while driving. Neither one smoked much but it probably saved some time for my brother and me. Neither of us smoke…he’s 78 and I’m 77..

    My folks used them and I personally used wind wings, for my smoking too, from 15 to 29. I'll be 77 in Nov.

    I'd never be able to start smoke again now since cars don't have them any more ;)

    This one is identified as 1959 Ford Taunus 17M Deluxe for a Me*** auction. I'll look for a picture of a four door to compare to the one at the Esso station.
