They hang that bustle on the back and it just destroys the car for me, I don't care who is sitting on the car.

Let's get another photo with a smile, but without the enlarged posterior. Please excuse whatever lump is trying to sneak in from the left side of the photo.

Much better in my opinion. I will never click like on a picture with a conti-kit or four doors. When I was growing up, four doors were for your parents, never owned one, never liked them.

How about all other Fords with Continental Kits?

I've never seen a bolt-on Continental Kit that I liked. For me it destroys the looks of a car. The only ones that don't look bad to me are the ones on a Continental that are just a bulge on the trunk.

Continental Kits always looked like something from J.C. Whitney (Warshawsky) to me.

I like the 56 TBird with the factory continental kit because it's more integrated with the car (I have a 56 Bird). The fake kit on the 53/54's didn't look bad in a Victoria or Sunliner, but one on a 4 door or even a 2 dr sedan didn't appeal to me. I liked the ones on the Lincoln

  25. Good thing we are all different. I like my four door just fine and can appreciate others too. Never understood the dislike for four doors. Maybe it's just me, but I am an old car (especially 50's Fords) enthusiast, and love them all.

I worked with a guy who had a Lincoln Capri on his property... with trees growing up through it... it is probably still there.

Right. He was a nut case. I didn't realize that we also worked with his ex-wife. He was apparently a huge boozer when he was off the clock and used her as a sparring partner.
