I am not meaning to start a big controversial issue ,but I am just wondering if changing the name of the forums would alleviate the many problems of posts in the wrong forum by users either new or not accustom to using the website. Maybe something Like : " SUGGESTIONS & BOARD HELP" I am new and still learning myself but this might help.
It seems to me that an awful lot of questions like "how do I adjust the timing on my flathead?" show up in this forum, which I think is just a place to ask things like "how do I post pics" or make comments like "add a section of the hamb where I can post pictures of my poodle." I agree with your suggestion at least in theory.
The short answer? No. "Got questions about the new board? Maybe a suggestion or two? Post away fellas..." It already tells people what the forum is for. You will never make the board idiot proof. Mutt
