Hey Guys, My Dad had mentioned the 2 Ford cars as possible projects that I spotted about 15 years back. Both are still at the same house, both have been parked for at least 20+ years under a car port with about an inch of dirt, I mean dust on them. The first car is a baby blue shoe box (late 40- early 50s) more door. The scond is a late 30's- early black 40's ford 2 door, I couldn't really make out if it was a sedan, or a coupe from the road. This one i'm specifically interested in. Both cars are original down to the hubcaps & tires, both straight as a arrow, just been parked many years ago. These are original owned cars by the original owners, I haven't approached them yet, because I don't know what to offer as a good price one of them. The '36 Dodge truck is still a possiblity, but just incase it is sold before I sell my '62 C10, I still have a back up plan. TIA, David
sounds good BUT there is NO driving by. you pull right in & lift the covers, look them over & knock on the door. NO DRIVING BY. get some pics. the years decide the price.
Finding them and BUYING them is two entirely DIFFERENT and SEPARATE events ... If they have been there as long as you say ... guess how many times they have been asked to sell ... but you never know ... I have bought cars that COULD NOT be bought ... because I was there at the right time and I had CA$H ... TAKE CA$H
