I found this T-bucket sitting in one of my dad's buddies barns last year and told him it needed a new home.
I'm not going to change it now. I figure how many T-bucket's have a Toyota 2-TC Hemi and a power glide plus a touch tone telephone pad to start it.
....got to love thoose barn finds and this one in nice condition too ! What did you use to buff the paint / primerkid
Do not "ratrod" that T, it is a '70s survivor, leave it in peace and drive the wheels off of it as is.
I have about 250 hours in cleaning it and had to replace the push rods and the master cylinder plus a battery and I been driving it around but I hope 70's style comes back because it has a telephone key pad to start it .Hope to get more pictures of the interior tonight.
I think the 70's will make something of a comeback and b*** boat flake and Ansens will be the next primer and red wheels. All of the poseurs will be Stayin' Alive... You will be ahead of the game with your real vintage bucket. Watch...
Why does everyone want to "drive the wheels off of it"? I'd say drive it but don't let the wheels fall off. I'd really like to hear more about the touchtone phone start. Is it just a single ****on to push, or do you type in a little code? That might be cool.
Hey! That's what "the Transporter" did with his car! Your car is ready for the business... not very incon****uous though...
Hey you knew what I was talking about, so that makes you just as bad! Actually, it took me forever to get around to seeing that movie and it was the first movie I've rented in months! I felt bad sitting through a 90-minute movie when I could be in the garage... I guess I need to learn how to relax! Very cool T though! And yes... don't drive the wheels off! Drive with them ON!
Now you need to grow a big, fat ****o moustache, get some Levi SuperBells, a Keep On Truckin' tee and some blue suede Adidas and you can start a new 70's revival. I wonder if Battle of the Network Stars is on tonight?
