    My car wasnt sitting in the woods but under a carport and its not in that good of shape. What color is that on the engine block? Is that rattle can? I like that.

    Awesome. I love those 53-54 Chevies. I have one myself. I got to drive it a short way down the road myself a few weeks ago. First time it has moved under it's own power since 1971!

    What do you use to prep your engine for painting? Brake cleaner? Also, what head gasket did you use (composite-metal or composite-copper)?

    Lastly, rear main-seal (2-piece rubber, Asbestos rope-seal or non-asbestos rope-seal)?

    Great work, car looks awesome!!
