New School Rat here, "Q" around the shop. I have been building and restoring cars for as long as I can remember. My Grandfather was always an avid restorer of pre-30 Durant and Star cars and from an early age I help him as well as got in the way and ran amuck at "Horseless Carriage Club" meetings. I was bit and I have been at it ever since. I have a few cars/projects that I am knee deep in right now. I have a 1966 Ford Galaxie convertible that we have torn down and are refittin her with a 460 big block possibley stroked to 572cu.in. I just complete a 1923 Fort T-Bucket roadster(glass, don't kill me) with a 351w motor that we stroked to a 396cu.in with a tunnel ram intake. I have a 1948 Chrysler Windsor 3-Window coupe(1 of 1900 or so produced over 4 years) that is just waitin for some attention. We have a 440 big block that will go into it after we rework the frame a little. I have an all original 1948 Chrysler New Yorker with a strait 8 and a fluid drive but it is staying as it is. I have a 1918 Nash Quad war truck also that is on loan to a transportation muesem in southern Texas I have a performance shop in the Dallas area with a few crazy projects goin at all times and always lookin for more silliness/insanity to get involved in. Everything is chopped, channeled, shaved, dropped, sectioned, or otherwise hacked upon around here. Thanks so much for the opprotunity to participate and learn here on the HAMB New School Rat aka Quin C
