I am done welding on the frame and am going to put another coat of acid etch primer from Nason. Any suggestions of the best thing to use for a topcoat? I will use black. I want something durable and chip resistant.

This has been covered dozens of times. Try a search, you'll find more info than you need. :)

I use satin black Rustoleum with some Japan Drier in it. Holds up well, and cheap to shoot.

Look into Ch***is Saver. It is flexable and I have taken a hammer and dented a piece of sheet metal painted with it and it didn't chip. I believe it was made by Magnet Paints.

If you're preping with Nason, I'd say a nason based single stage with hardener. Gloss or semigloss your call.
