Folks Of Interest French headlight rims by Spence?

Anyone know if Jeff is still making and selling headlight frenching rings? Got a project in the shop we are looking for a specific look, and tried to reach him, but no luck. Is he still in business?

 

Not sure if this helps, but invision prototypes just did a segment on YouTube where he made his own headlight frenching rings. Not a Hamb style build but incredible work.
