fresh 318 trouble shooting help needed.

I got oil to rocker arm shafts on both sides during priming but I am not getting oil to them when motor is running. the lifters are pumpped up and I'm showing 35 psi oil pressure at idle.

any ideas as to why? double checked torqe on rocker shafts.

 

Did you install the rocker shafts with the oil holes tword the engine? Not sure if the head gaskets are one way or not, also the holes in the cam bearings have to be lined up to send oil up to the rockers.
