Technical Friction Shocks

    Does anybody still make friction shocks to fit a Model A? I just went to Mike's and though they still list them it says not available with not time frame to get any more.

    I think Speedway sells friction shocks that will work on an A. Unless you are talking about the factory hydraulic Houdaille shocks.

    houdailles are hydraulic.

    Yes, that's what my post says, but I've heard lots of guys call Houdaille hydraulic shocks friction shocks, hence the added words after 'unless.'

    Thanks, I'm not looking for Houdaille's but the more modern friction pad type shocks. I'mm check out Speedway and see if they will work.
