sorry to interupt, the show is going nicely, but I want to get my first tattoo in the next couple weeks I'm not big on the covering every square inch of my flesh with ink so I want to be sure I get what I want...so here's the mission should you choose to except it...I want a Jester (not too scarry, I have kids) flames, a Mack 00 striping brush, a wrench, piston,or spark plug, hanging dice or a deck of cards. So if anyone is interested in showing me a design I would much appreciate it. If someone dosn't mind me hijacking a design I will post pics of the tat once its finished. Thank you and back to the show.

Some of you may have seen one or two of these pics before. But now I have turned them into Cyanotypes. A cyanotype is one of the oldest forms of photography. If ywall like it.....maybe i'll post a how to TECH. Anyone can do it. You don't really need a dark room. Just some chemicals an enlarged negative, water color paper and expose your picture in the sun for about 1/2 an hour.

PS these are photographs....not photoshop images.

Famous last words. [IMG] As for the design...Your best bet is to pick a quality tattoo shop and let the tattoo artist draw it up for you. My $.02.

    Nice show guys and gals!

Hey BUICK59, nice cyanotypes! You really managed to keep your contrast under control on those. I haven't done any in years....maybe when it gets sunny out again I'll try some with some of the 4x5 negs I have sitting around.

hey all the art is awesome like always, and its really cool to see other peoples models. Not that many people build them anymore, compaired to just 30 years ago.

Keep on posting more stuff! [IMG]

  27. Another Fantastic Friday!I think the HAMB can live with two posts. Here's a little something that started out as a variation on the symbol for an exploding bomb(the emblem on a Navy Ordnanceman's patch)and kind of evolved into seaweed.
