    Very KOOL stuff.
I tried to pick my favorite.
    Can't do it.
So many styles, so many good examples.
You all, each and every one, should be proud of your work.
Rocky, good to see your post, I like what you have done.
You all make me want to get out the old sketch pad and start drawing lines.

    hey Mike,
Thanks for the interest! Save your money for now.
It's a graphic novel alright. It'll be out I'm hoping by early summer. A French publisher is going to put it out. No North American publishers wanted a "period" graphic novel. Go figure...
It will come out in three soft cover - 50 page volumes with a hardcover version with all 3 parts in it 6 months after the run.
It was going to be 6 bi monthly books but the costs were too high.
The artist is from Europe and the guy can create anything on paper. I have to help him alot with art because he was never into rods etc so they will be on the money for the era. The covers still need some work and those covers are just samples. They won't make it to the finished books I don't think. Go have a look at his website to see more of his work. He currently draws for Marvel Comics.

It real gritty story that revolves around a group of 'hoods from a small California town. It ain't no bobby socks and saddle shoes kinda story.
These guys race El Mirage and Bonneville in '53 with a serverly chopped '33 with a blown Buick. A few hot rod historical people and cars show up through out the story. It was two years of research to get it right!
There are chain gangs, knife fights, drug abuse and all kinds of other things they forgot tell us in history cl***.
If anybody wants to read the 1st issue, send me a PM and I can let ya have a glance.
Oh, and one more photo for the art show! Brush and Johnny, your words made my week! [IMG]
