    Well thanks guys.....

I am working on a portrait of Hilborn now, but..the last 2 weeks i have battled a bad flu and been real sick.
I had a color version and started over with a new pastel pencil drawing.....

just too busy playing catch up to finish anything....

A couple weeks ago I posted a polyurethane skull shift knob that I made. It got me thinking a little more about other shift knobs I could throw together. So, after finding a WWII American Mortar shell at an antique shop I decided to incase a shift pattern in plastic resin and adapt the threads to 3/8 coarse. Wala, one of a kind grip for slammin' gears.

surf monkey-it's too bad you don't have any prints of that drawing. I'd be lining
up for one. Very nice work.

This is as close to art as I get. Saw some Falcon quarter panel pieces on ebay and thought they would make good contributions to a custom grill shell. Scanner is broken, so pardon the pictures.

If Forty is going to post up one he did tonight I suppose I will post a painting I did just today.
Yes, yes, yes, red I know. Hopefully I'll use up that can of Candy Red soon.
Now I have to do another one for next weeks show.
Almost all the paintings I have shown lately will be at the Lone Star Roundup.

Very cool guys! I'm posting these images for Steve austin. Yes, the same Steve Austin that drew for Cartoons magazine. He's going to be monitoring the art show, so tell him what you think! Hopefully he'll join the madness! Keep in mind these images are copyrighted by him and his publishers. Lets hope he sticks around and contributes more. Thanks Steve, you're our hero!

This is a piece I was lucky enough to get a while back from Steve and it proudly adorns my studio wall!
