Amazing piece once again Zombie, the way you lay in the highlights just brings your work more to life than they already are. I also just noticed how the flames are reflected in the swiss cheese frame, nice work dude.

I haven't had time to draw any cars lately, but I did attend the Duck Tail Run on Saturday. (That was a long day... We left at 3:30am Sat. and got home at 3:00am Sunday) Shot these there. Ed

Very cool stuff so far. I'd planned on busting out some stuff for this week's show, but I've been down with a flu the past several days. I feel like a bag o' smashed assholes. Hopefully this will fill a gap. Here's an older sketch I did. I'm sure some of you have seen this before, but here it is for the ones that haven't. Just good ol' pencil on sketch pad.

    Great show as always everyone!

Here's something I doodled in Painter while I was eatin' my sandwich yesterday. Didn't use any reference on this one. Just did it from memory (which isn't so great!). I might try to work it a little more... take it to full-color or something?

  11. Great show so far. Now for something a little different, I would like to offer HAMB members viewing the Friday art show some free drawing tools. I have been using the laser cutter at work as a tool for some of my creative output. Using this laser cutter I have created 12 sets of three different curve templates, ones that I use when I am hand drawing, and a basic ellipse template. The curve templates can be used to draw the transitioning smooth curves found on most late model automobiles. The circle template draw tires and wheels very cleanly. The curve templates are cut from .06” Lexan and the circle template is .026” acetate. This offer would be aimed more at the beginners or lurkers who view the shows somewhat in awe and wonder “ how can I do that “ or if you know someone who has no drawing tools but shows great promise then this might help them as well. All you need to do is provide me with a self addressed and stamped return 8 ½” x11” envelope, a padded one might protect the templates better, and I will send you a set of templates for free. This is a first come first serve offer so if you are interested PM me so I can give you a mailing address and keep count.
The catch, and there is almost always a catch, is I would then expect to see your some of your artwork on Fridays because… I will know who you are!!

Disclaimer: This is offer is made with no disrespect for anyones artistic talent or ability but as a way to further support the Friday art show and HAMB members.

    Sincerely,
    Joe

Here is my newest contribution...part of my zombie/tiki/hot rod series. This one is part of a 6 deck series for a big skate park back east. A tribute to one of my idols Jim Phillips...sorry for the repeat, you members of the FAST...

Nice work everybody! This is brand new, I can't decide if it needs a background or not.
Has anybody had trouble with the motorburg.com forum? I've tried posting on it several times but it seems realy slow loading and sometimes won't load at all. My phishing filter or anti virus softawre just doesn't seem to like it. Any advice?

I hate head helmets! I mean I really hate helmets that look like a skull, human head or something like that. We get calls all the time with guys that say I want something different and I want it to look like a big skull. Every t-shirt tag air-brusher has done a 100. Not what we do BUT...............

That is sick!!!!! I love it on that welding helmet! That is cool as shit!!!!!!Awesome. We at Indocil give you props for a perfect look with that helmet. Everyone here digs it!
