    Thanks Janne,
I don't believe I've ever been exposed to Steve's work before. Maybe a time or two, unbeknownst to me, in publication or something.
I like his work very much. I wish I'd have dug deeper into some of these guys while living in California, gotten yo know them. I guess, tho, it's like anything else in the art world, we can inspire one another through our work but, when it comes right down to it, individual style must come from within.
This is why I like the H.A.M.B. so much; amost ZERO "cookie cutter" work around here. This goes for the art show and every car we see being built and driven on this board.

Somebody close to Steve should get him hooked up on the HAMB. Met him a few times in the 90's and he seemed humble and funny. He has been layin' out amazing ideas for decades. He has deep knowledge of period styling - from any time period, it seems. Check out his ideas for a mild custom 60's F-100 in the July Hot Rod (yeah-save it, I'm a fan).

Sorry to hear about your scanner. My epson I normally use won't talk to my new Mac. Envy, jelousy? I don't know but, oh well.

VON HARTMAN! These are your best work to date. I've really liked your posts up til now but, MAN! Great job!!!
