More great stuff everyone! Plenty 'O talent here for sure!

Just a quick reminder about donations to the upcoming HAMB Drags Silent Auction - tobenefit of one or more HAMBers.

August is just around the corner so if you're planning to help out, it's time to get something in the mail (or, of course, you're welcome to bring it with you if you're lucky enough to be attending the Drags). Anything you can spare is greatly appreciated.

If you have "flat" art, like posters, paintings, prints, photos, etc., they come to me. I'll make sure that stuff gets safely mounted for display at the track.

For "3-D stuff" - shifter knobs, tiki items, sculptures, pinstriped panels, etc., send those to:

    Bill Owecke (AKA blacktopbuddah)
    2444 Missouri St.
    Lawrence, Kansas 66046

    Thanks again for your support.

Now - on with the show!

I figured it would look better "in the rough", but the candy paint looks killer on it!

Crap. Here I am, untalented in the art department, trolling for new tatto ideas when.....BAM......aVincent custom. Sumbitch, that thing's cool. Great work by everyone. but still trolling......it's been almost 3 months since my last planned stabbing.

Great work everyone, I have nothing to contribute this weekend as I am on the road at some vintage races.

I have a question for the pencil and paper artists. What kind of success have you had if you have set up as a vendor at an event like the good-guys show or something from NSRA. I had a booth at the GG show in columbus and barely broke even. please PM me if you don't wanna post on the forum.
    thanks
    steve

Not really in the way of "custom paint" but it pays the bills.

I've known Ian for awhile and there isn't a finer man around. I have a few of his pieces and didn't realize that he was actually casting them. Doh! They are ultra kool! They look sharp in the photos but are even SHARPER in "person." Old world craftsmanship.

    Oh yea......nice ink!

Thanks for showing how good a Chrysler can look. Man, much better lines than a Ford. Even the stock Chrysler looks sectioned....compare its low hood to a Ford's!

  27. GaryC. - that's real nice!!
    lockwoodkustoms - that is cool
    dankyd - really nice.
Acrochicken - your photo's are great.
    Robinson - nice!
Choptop - a man after my own heart flake and leaf!!
    RYZART - great work mate.

I'll have two tanks finished for next week, up to coat 40 of 2k!!!

    Thanks for the encouragement Pat.[IMG]

No "outsourcing" for this guy. With help from 30Roadster,
I make my own molds, and cast my own Pewter parts now.

Planning to include Bronze and Silver.

I took a class today, learning how to fuse glass. Lots more possibilities now.
