I drew these t-shirt designs up for my buddy in Austin, Texas, he will be selling them at the Hill Country Round-Up 1st Annual Classic Car & Motorcycle Show outside Austin this weekend, if you see him stop in and say hi, also as a shameless plug, he owns a company that prints shirts and does embroidery if you need that stuff done, it's called

Whenever there is a bike run in Champaign, they call me up and have me make a couple of these skull thingys to auction off at the end of the run. These will get auctioned off tomorrow at the "Toys for tots" run.

The last one I did brought $240!

Hey, we're still not at 5 pages yet. I'll do my part. I've posted thes before but a fellow HAMBer wanted to see the Comet as he owns one. Dopey me dumped all my Photobucket files not knowing it would delete all the old art show stuff.

A barber chair w/hotrod flair that I did for a buddy.
The back of the backrest looked so much like a grill shell that I had to paint on the V8 and stripes and add the screen.

Pinstripes on the black w/gold flake armrests.

    Leg rest w/logo and pins.

Heres one I did for my Dad who used to run Oxnard Radiator.
Did this as a fathers day present for him. He has and still does alot of
custom radiators for classics and Hot Rod type cars. He is one of those
true craftsmen. Since childhood I remember people coming from all over the
U.S. to have him do work. Some of you may have met up with him.

  16. Kick ass thread this week. I like seeing the more commercial stuff for a change. It's nice to see how our choice of art works it's way into the public genré.

  27. Hey Tingler, does that shoebox painting have anyone's name on it yet? That rocks.

I think it's time to leave this damn office, go home and paint. :D

  28. havent painted anything in a while, but RustyRedRam who happens to be a high school teacher called me and asked if i'd do his podium....

this was a challenge because its old, 'textured', and it was painted with a roller. i think it came out pretty nice.

his only 'demands' were spider webs in the corners (I HATE pinstriped spiderwebs, but he's a good buddy) and fleuer de lis on the front.

i went outside my box to do the scroll and flair stuff, and i think the center piece on the top is dead on. it think it exemplifies my 'style' when i'm left to the quiet of my work space...

    C&C welcome.
    enjoy.

    Front.

    top (those cursed spider webs!)

then i threw this on the inside so when you lift the lid you see it.

  29. You guys amaze me. Here is one I drew for my buddy Dave. He got rid of his late seventies Chevy Crew Cab and bought a '65 F250. He originally wanted a apple green primer, but has now decided to go black primer and red wheels...
