dont mind the dust and oil... its been sitting in my buddys trunk for years... but i did this one a long time ago.

 

here is one that is going to Cobo. Hand crafted 40ish steel fender clock,

 

I know I've already posted this but the computer I used at work doesn't seem to fully support the graphics files.

I have not contributed in a while. Here is a multi media painting of a Vette I did a while back and a few night time garage shots.

 

I should probably save these for the next "Sundays Models" thread, but I'd consider this art as much as I'd call it a model... I didn't make it, and don't even know the name of the guy who did... but I was at the local paint shop last weekend when an older guy brought it in to show us his handiwork. i grabbed my camera cuz I knew you guys would dig it. He in the process of building this deuce 3 window totally by hand, including frame, ch***is, even the tires. The body is made from flat sheetmetal, worked by hand with no fancy tools or hi-tech gizmos. He said he made the tires from wood first (hand grooved tread and all) then roughly scaled the car to them... Aside from a few photos and a smaller model of a 32, he's working by eye and by "feel". He's not even sure of the actual "scale" of the model, but its about 20" long. The doors, trunk, and cowl vent all work, and he will be building a scale flatty for it when complete. Check it out so far.
