so ever since i got outta bed **** has been going wrong. i got in my model A sedan to drive to work, as im going up a hill, pop! rear seal on the motor absolutely explodes, oil everywere so i drove it back home, got in my roadster, looked at the brake drum, and the wheel cylinder is all of a suddon leaking! damnit! so i start driving back to work, when i look at the radiator cap and someone loosened it in the garage and didnt tighten it back down, so POP! there goes the cap and My dogs and I took a hot shower of antifreze, so i pull over cuz my frogmouth scopps took gulps of it, and my hallock windsheild is covered and is a perfect ramp for the water to keep getting me in the face. limped over to my girlfreinds house and filled her back up, wiped her(my roadster) off and finally got to work, i got there and i tell a freind of mine about it and he says he got a ticket on the way to work........ i hate today. i was going to the L.A. roadster show, but now im not going till tomorrow,.......sorry for the rant,anyone else???
the powersteering went out on the daily. A nice surprise when you have to try a high speed swerve on the e way at 80 mph. **** you Friday the 13th... you've been nothing since the 3rd movie anyways.

Sorry about your luck..that ****s. So far my day has been un-eventful..just another smooth day.. I just hope it stays that way.. yesterday i thought My home A/C quit working and it was like 89° and 90% humidity..I fired it back up last night after cleaning off the compressor unit..Good to Go!
Hmm, I haven't even touched any of my projects yet today but was going to later. Maybe I should hold off until tomorrow. Something always goes wrong for me no matter how simple the project. I don't need Fri. 13th adding to that. Probably end up burning the building down or something.
I would love to have a Model A sedan with a bad seal and an antifreeze covered roadster. Today might **** but all in all I think you are doing OK.
Hey Jordan, Bangers do not have rear main seals.....may have a bigger problem if something went "pop" and you have oil everywere.......
I hate Friday the 13ths anyhow. Not to be the Debbie downer but it's the day my father p***ed away on so it's never any good. On a positive side though, my dog's surgery went well yesterday and is recovering nicely at home. Oh, and as for Hot Rods I am still where I was a couple months ago. 2 incomplete non driving cars. Could be worse though.
Yeah I here ya,..... I'm out of town on a business trip. I jump in a cab this morning at 5:30am, Driver: "where to" Me: "convention center please" Driver: "how do I get there?" Me: "not sure, this is your city" Driver: ok ok sorry sorry... So he just starts driving, away from downtown. Then he hands his phone to me, now I'm on the phone at 5:30AM with a man I can't understand. I hand back the phone. and the driver just keeps saying, ok ok sorry sorry... he then stops in the road to talk to his boss. U-turn, now we are heading to the convention center. But we're on the WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD!!! Cars are coming right at us. I calmly inform him about his mistake. and what do think he says...... Yep, ok ok sorry sorry We finally made to the center but not before p***ing it once, but twice. I thought for sure I was on a hidden camera show of some type.
My day's pretty decent so far. Its only 12:30 now, I can still **** it up before bedtime. After work, I have to: Pick up my daughter's new hood for the Nash. Drill and mount seats in the '50 Burb. Remove a '40 Ford dash and take it home to wire up. Get my brother's Duster running before he gets home from the Middle East next week. Not find the rattlesnake that was in the garden this morning.
Friday the 13th is my new favorite day! Went to work this morning and my boss turned in his resignation. I've been waiting a long time for that @$$hole to retire and today he just up and quits. I LOVE FRIDAY THE 13th!!!!
It definitely ****ed for someone driving a garbage truck in to the back of a tractor - trailer that was stopped at the intersection in front of our dealership about 2 hours ago. Emergency crews showed up, and immeadiately threw a large tarp over the cab of the truck.
Me and a buddy went out this morning and bagged the biggest squirrel I'd ever seen. So far, so good today...
not hot rod related, but ive been working an a 1999 Audi A6 avant, and after 2 months i got it running again today. just to find that the block is internally cracked and is garbage
Not a bad day for me, yet anyway, but a gal at work had a bad one. She was spraying black dye on to dies with a regular spray gun hooked to a big tank of black dye. The gun stopped spraying and she got a guy to help her fix the gun. Well somehow, i don't know the whole story, they both got a LOT of black die on themselves. She was covered from ear to ear on her neck and upper chest! This dye is permanent, it covers steel and won't come off!!! After she cleaned up the best she could she said: (her words) " My *** was black but luckily I have a black bra on!" I thanked her for taking one for the team....

Friday the 13th ... was a GREAT DAY For me in 2001 ... On Friday, July the 13th, 2001 I had a m***ive heart attack. I was dead on the floor for a few minutes when the EMS folks got here and got me back ALIVE again. I had open heart surgery ( 5 by-p***es ) but all in all ... I do pretty well for a guy who was dead for a few minutes. So ... Friday the 13th ... was good for me !!
It's been a great day so far! Got up at 6am to meet a group of cyclists riding across Canada to raise money for kids with cancer. Rode with about 200 other cyclists for about 50km. What a blast! I guess the only downer is I had to get back to work which prevented me from riding the whole 100km distance with them to Toronto.
Friday the 13th is my lucky day.... My divorce from my 2nd wife was final on a Friday the 13th. Best decision I ever made, and without having gotten rid of her, I'da never gotten to marry my best friend - the same friend I should have married when we graduated high school! Friday the 13th is a great day for me!
Just so you know today being the first "Friday the 13th" of the year is National Blame Someone Else Day". WHich is interesting because where I work it seems that's every day.
This morning at 1:30 am my home computer took a dump. I was downloading a file and ****. Today at work my system crashed. At lunch I went to the recycler to off-load a van full of empty boxes. They don't want them. Tape on them. I'm gonna sit here patiently till 5 and do NOTHING then mebbe WALK home so I don't get into an accident. Then I'm gonna hide in the clothes closet till this damn day blows over. See you TOMORROW!
