  5. I did today, as well. It's a shame that sometimes it takes such an event to think: "Man, I need to do that right now!"

    I ask you folks reading this to do the same. The OCFD did not say yet if there were working detectors in Gary's home.

    June 24, 1956 - July 19, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Gary Jon Chuesberg, 56, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2012, at his home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He attended grade school in Adams, Oklahoma, until 1967, when his family moved to Turpin, Oklahoma. Gary graduated from Turpin High School in 1974 and continued his education at Oklahoma Christian College. After taking early retirement, with more than 25 years of service with Bell Telephone, Gary began working for the Oklahoma Transmission Supply. Gary served as president and editor in the Dust Bowl Chapter of the Hudson-Essex-Terraplane Club. He took great pride in his 1941 Hudson Traveler Six, Lincoln Mark V and 1965 Marlin. He loved his country, friends and family very much.Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2012, at Western Ave. Church of Christ with Matt Richardson officiating. Interment will be in the Restlawn Cemetery in Liberal, Kansas.Memorial contributions may be given to Silver Maple Camp or Black Mesa Bible Camp or In Search of the Lord's Way and may be left at Roberts Brothers Funeral Home, Box 745, Hooker, OK 73945.Condolences may be left at www.robertsbrothersfuneralhome.com
