From classic mini to cycle car?

I have been having loads of fun for the last 10 years with my RHD cl***ic mini. I subscribe to Street Rodder for the tech articles. In the July 2012 issue there is a spread about someones dream cycle car that REALLY got my attention. It is the coolest vehicle I have seen in a while. That got me to thinking how neat it would be to build one along the same lines. This looked like a good place to start.
