Technical Front axle width

    From Model A's through the 40's was there a lot of difference in the width of the front axle? My drop axles are about 46" center to center on the king pins. My stock Model A's are about 50". I don't have anything newer than Model A that is stock to compare to.

    Ron Pope in Kodak, Tn. will make you a tube axle any width you want. He also makes all sorts of suspension parts as well. He is the MAN ! 865-932-7541

    I've had several deuce heavy axles dropped by Anson Axles and what he calls a 4.5 inch total drop reduces the kingpin width from 50.5 down to 48.
