1952-59 Ford Front End Assembly Problems

I am ***embling the Front End of my 1953 Ford and Having Problems.
Unable to install the Lower Control Arm Outer Seals.
The Seal ID is 3/4 and there is ( 1) on either side of the Lower Spindle ***y. (Caster Adjustment)
If it only Fits over the 3/4 Bolt and against the Protrusion there is only
Room for (1) Seal on (1) Side.
What am I Missing?
